ALL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE:
The PayPal IPN URL has changed in Version 2.2 and you must update the IPN Url set in your PayPal Profile to the URL shown in the PayPal section of the Payment Gateways page. It is clearly stated on the upgrade script that you need to do this but some customers seem to have missed it.
