WHMCS is Hiring Customer Service & Support Staff

WHMCS is seeking additional customer service & support staff. This is a full time position with remote working so a stable and reliable internet connection is a must.


What the position involves

  • Providing support via our support desk
  • Offering solutions to customer problems and requirements
  • Troubleshooting of issues & errors
  • Responding to forum posts
  • Adding to the documentation as appropriate
  • Other miscellaneous related duties as required


Requirements

  • 18 Years of Age or Older
  • Excellent written communication skills in the English language
  • Familiarity with WHMCS usage, features & functionality
  • Keen to increase knowledge & skill level
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience
  • Ability to work independantly & be dependable/reliable
  • Knowledge of cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin & Other Hosting Control Panels
  • Coding knowledge of any of HTML, CSS, PHP & MySQL are a bonus
  • MSN & Skype for communication


The ideal candidate would be able to work between the hours of 10am and 6pm PST. Working times can be flexible though (ie. miss an hour in the afternoon, work an extra hour in the evening).

This is a full time position with an annual salary starting at $30,000.
