Sales/Support Help Required!

As WHMCS increases in popularity and gains more and more users every day, increasingly more time is being spent on sales/support leaving less time for the development of WHMCS. I am therefore looking for help in processing support tickets, troubleshooting WHMCS issues, and logging into clients WHMCS systems and/or FTP and diagnosing WHMCS problems. You must have experience in installation, configuration, integration and the operation of WHMCS. You should also be familiar with the features, capabilities and limitations of WHMCS for answering pre-sales questions.

Primary Functions
Handle incoming support tickets - both sales & assisting customers in solving support issues
Perform WHMCS installations/upgrades/customisations and troubleshoot issues as required
Assist clients with WHMCS configuration as needed

Additional Functions
Knowledgebase & Manual Documentation Additions
Forum Moderation

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
WHMCS usage and configuration
WHMCS installation and upgrading
WHMCS template customisations
People and good written skills are a must
PHP/HTML knowledge would be an advantage

Salary & Hours
Negotiable.
