In WHMCS 8.0 we introduced support for offering OX App Suite via WHMCS MarketConnect. This is another great additional service you can offer your customers alongside your existing products and services, with minimal effort and overheads.

What is OX App Suite?
OX App Suite is primarily an Email & Collaboration solution, with optional Productivity Suite & Tools.
Coming in two versions, OX App Suite

How does OX App Suite work?
Via the ready made landing page (pictured above) that comes by default in WHMCS 8.0, your customers choose the level of functionality they want, and the number of Users/Mailboxes they require, and submit an order via your website.
Upon completing payment for their order, MarketConnect will instantly and automatically provision the OX App Suite service.
Following that, a new dashboard widget provides your customers with instant access to setup and manage their OX App Suite service.
Users create and manage their mailboxes directly from your WHMCS client area, without ever having to leave your website.
Creating a new mailbox is a simple 1 step process, and users have full access to manage, reset passwords and delete users and mailboxes at any time.
Once mailboxes have been setup, end users can login anywhere and at any time directly via the OX App Suite Cloud Portal @ https://us.appsuite.cloud/appsuite/

Who is Open-Xchange?
The company behind OX App Suite is called Open-Xchange. Open-Xchange was founded in 2005 and has been providing white labeled email software services to Global 500 Hosters, ISPs and other Service Providers for over 15 years. With over 160 million mailboxes in customers portfolios, and millions more under the Dovecot brand, Open-Xchange is considered a true leader in the email and productivity space.
How is OX App Suite priced?
OX App Suite is priced based per Mailbox/User. Each Mailbox represents an email address @yourdomain.com.
Recommended retail pricing starts at just $2.99 per mailbox per month and is very competitive when compared to alternatives such as G Suite and Office 365.
Users can upgrade or downgrade the number of mailboxes they have at any time via a fully automated upgrade/downgrade process that is built into your WHMCS client area and fully automated via MarketConnect.
