Announcing new improvements to your customer experience

Your success is really important to us here at WHMCS. It's the key to our companies vision and mission: "To automate and scale our customer's business and empower them to be successful."

One of the things we take great pride in and make significant investments into is our Technical Support, backed by our team of analysts who have extensive knowledge of the WHMCS product.

We're constantly working to evaluate how we support you and optimise the processes and tools we use. And today sees the latest iteration of that work be made live.

Today, I'm pleased to announce the introduction of Technical Support Live Chat for Business and Enterprise level license holders.

Our new Technical Support Live Chat will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Live Chat support is intended to be able to deal with most enquiries that don't require logging into your system or extensive debugging.

To chat with us, simply navigate to www.whmcs.com/support, choose the Open a Ticket link, choose the Support department, continue and login to your account, and then the chat option will be presented to you.


To see the chat option, you will need to hold a Business or Enterprise level license.

We are super excited to make this new support option available and in turn, make it quicker and easier for you to get the answers and help you need, as and when you need it.
