We are pleased to announce that WHMCS 7.4 Beta is now available to download and install.
Version 7.4 introduces new integrations with HipChat and Slack and a powerful new Notifications feature, improved ticket collision detection, new and improved user experiences for phone number input and checkout with credit balances and more.
WHMCS 7.4 also includes a new module for the CCAvenue payment gateway, enabling users of their V2 API to use CCAvenue with WHMCS.

Yes, this is a public beta that is accessible to everyone.
You can download the beta or upgrade to it using the Automatic Updater.
