At around 5:55pm (BST) the DNS service on our server went down and subsequently resulted in a temporary downtime for our website. As soon as I became aware of the issue via our monitoring software I was able to correct the issue. The total downtime was just under 60 minutes.
If you did not have your local backup license key installed correctly then you may have experienced some brief interruption to the service of your WHMCS Installation during this period. I apologise for any inconvenience this may of caused.
