The Project Management addon for WHMCS is a tool designed to help you organise jobs & tasks, allowing you to tie Support Tickets & Invoices with To-Do Items to create Projects. The aim is to connect everything together via a single interface, avoiding unecessary & time consuming duplication to third party systems, and allowing staff to privately communicate and track internal discussions, share files, and track (as well as optionally bill) for time spent on individual tasks.
We first mentioned our plans to launch a project management addon early last year, and since July, we've been using it ourselves in house, testing and perfecting the solution based on our own experiences working with clients. We hope you'll like what we've come up with.
